This is my second online course on Pima. I knew Anna a little earlier from interviews and several lectures. And I immediately rushed to Theory of Music-1 as soon as I finished Jazz. I thought that I would run, a lot of things would be familiar to me. But this (it just turned out that not much) did not prevent me from fixing it again, especially with such a born teacher! 2. The subject of the agreement

2.1. This Agreement establishes the conditions and rules of use by users of the service, including the conditions for the use of information and materials posted on the service.

In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the copyright holder provides users with non -exclusive, limited, recalled and indescribable right to use the service. No other rights: obvious or implied by the user are provided.

2.2. Registration on the service, the User confirms his full agreement with the terms of this Agreement.The user does not have the right to transfer his login and password to third parties, is fully responsible for their safety, independently choosing the method of their storage.

4. Service programs

4.1. The service provides the right to access to the programs (offer) on a paid basis according to tariffs.

Access to the program is provided only after the User passes the registration procedure on the service and payment in accordance with the selected tariffs selected from the offered tariffs in the established amount to the copyright holder. The date of payment is the date of receipt of funds to the current account of the copyright holder.

4.3. All payments made by the user, as well as the use of the service are voluntary.

The copyright holder and the administration are not responsible in case of inconsistency or untimely crediting of funds to the current account of the copyright holder due to the fault of the user or payment agents that make transfer, write off, crediting funds, etc.

4.4. Access to the program has a limited time period. When not used in the specified period of the service program for the reasons beyond the control of the copyright holder and the administration (including refusal,inaction of the User due to the discrepancy between the information posted on the Service and the expectations of the User; non-compliance of the User’s software with the requirements of the Service, etc.), the fee paid by the User for the right to access the Program is non-refundable.

5. Personal data

5.1. By joining this Agreement and leaving your data when performing registration actions on the Service, the User:

On controversial issues, the parties agreed on the pre -trial procedure for resolving disputes, according to which the user’s claim to the service must be notarized and transferred in the form of a scanned copy to the email address of [email protected] with the letter “pre -trial claim”; The service claim to the user, drawn up in a simple written form, signed by the copyright holder, is sent to the user to the email address indicated on the service indicating in the topic of the letter “Pre -trial claim”. The user cannot make claims to the Administration about his disagreement with the changes on the grounds of not familiarizing himself with the relevant changes.

6.7. This Agreement, the procedure for its conclusion and execution, as well as issues not regulated by this Agreement, are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
